Matt is the Founder & President of BeCause Water Benefit Corp – a company that creates and implements solutions that encourage people to drink more water. An inventor at heart, Matt led the product development of a cutting-edge water sharing app, mobile hydration station, and multiple reusable water bottle designs.
While building his company, Matt discovered a product that he knew would completely change how people hydrate away from home. The Elkay EZH2O Bottle Filling Station combined sustainability, cleanliness, and beautiful design.
While his first inclination is to create, he realized that this product was already addressing the needs of the market. A: Yes, the following warranties apply: Refrigeration System Elkay and Halsey Taylor refrigeration systems include a 5 year limited warranty. Electrical Parts & Water System The Elkay and Halsey Taylor warranty for electrical parts and water system is valid 18 months from the factory shipment or 12 months from the date of installation. Q: How old can my existing Elkay or Halsey Taylor fountain be for a retrofit install?
A: We advise that NON-CHILLED fountains less than 10 years old are suitable for a retrofit. We advise that CHILLED fountains less than 5 years are suitable for a retrofit. Not sure how old your model is? We can find out for you. Contact us with your existing fountain’s serial #, which you can find at the bottom of your fountain.
Q: Are these bottle filling stations ADA compliant?
A: All bottle filling stations are designed for ADA compliancy; however, we advice you to check the spec sheet to verify compliance. The spec sheet can be found on the product page at BottleFillingStations.com.
Q: How long does it take to install an Elkay or Halsey Taylor retrofit?
A: It varies, but the typical Bottle Filling Station retrofit install takes 2-3 hours.
Q: How do I clean my Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station?
A: It is recommended to routinely clean your Bottle Filling Station with a soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap to spray and wipe down the unit. Q: How do I replace my Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station FILTER?
A: When filter status light turns to red, the filter needs to be changed. Follow these steps:

A: The WaterSentry Plus filters used in the Elkay and Halsey Taylor bottle filling stations reduces Aesthetic Chlorine, Taste and Odor, Particulate Class I, and Lead.
Q: How long do the filters last?
A: The WaterSentry Plus filters used in the Elkay and Halsey Taylor bottle filling stations have a 3,000 Gallon capacity, or about 20,000 20 oz. bottle fills.
Q: How hard is it to change a filter?
A: Changing a filter is fairly easy. Simply twist the used filter with a one fourth turn and replace with the new filter cartridge. Filter replacements are available in single or bulk order (View Store).
Q: How do I reset the Filter Light on an Elkay or Hasley Taylor Bottle Filler?
A: Reset filter light back to green by removing top cover and pressing the black reset button. Select reset filter. The light should appear as green. Detailed instructions on filter light reset are included in produce package.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
BottleFillingStations.com is an online supplier of high quality drinking fountains, filters, and parts. If there are any issues with your order, we will work with you to form a solution.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return your unused item, we refund you less a 25% restocking fee and original shipping fees (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Additionally, Bottle Filling Stations and Water Coolers cannot be shipped via FedEX, UPS, or Speedy, as this puts the system at risk for damage. These products must be shipped via freight.
