How to Replace 51300C Filter
- Turn off the inlet valve and relieve pressure in system by either opening the bubbler or activating the electric eye.
- Remove the old filter by twisting off. Take off the protective cap from the new filter.
- Insert the new filter replacement into the head by twisting clockwise. Assure filter is secure. You’re all set.

The Elkay 51300C WaterSentry Filter is NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 certified to reduce Lead, Chlorine, Class 1 Particulate, and Taste and Odor.

What new features have been added to the Enhanced Bottle Filling Stations?
A: One of the main differences is the Energy Savings system, which can be set to power-off at certain times to lower electric bill. The systems also have new diagnostics built in the refrigeration system to track savings and help troubleshoot, if there is ever an issue. The filter replacement is much easier as the LED light automatically resets upon replacing the new filter. There are many new exciting features as well. Contact us to learn more.

How long do filters last?
A: The WaterSentry Filters have a 3,000 Gallon Capacity. Depending on usage and your water condition, this typically lasts from 6-12 months. It is recommended to replace filter at least once per year.

What maintenance is needed for the Water Bottle Filling Station?
A: It is recommended to routinely clean your Bottle Filling Station with a soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap to spray and wipe down the unit. See video here (jump to 0:48 min) It is also recommended to clean the flexible fill mat. Remove the four screws to wipe beneath and on top of the mat. See VIDEO here (jump to 2:35 min). Avoid using steel soap pads.
What water pressure is needed for the Enhanced Bottle Filling Station?
A: Single-level Bottle Filling Stations require 20 psi to 105 psi supply line pressure. Bi-level, filterless models require a minimum of 40 psi supply line pressure. Regardless of supply line psi, Bi-level filtered models, will not provide adequate stream height from each bubbler when activated at the same time.

A: Yes, the following warranties apply: Refrigeration System Elkay and Halsey Taylor refrigeration systems include a 5 year limited warranty. Electrical Parts & Water System The Elkay and Halsey Taylor warranty for electrical parts and water system is valid 18 months from the factory shipment or 12 months from the date of installation. Installation
A: Installation instructions vary by model. Each unit shipped contains installation instructions. Also, BottleFillingStations.com includes installation instructions for each model on the product pages.
Q: How old can my existing Elkay or Halsey Taylor fountain be for a retrofit install?
A: We advise that NON-CHILLED fountains less than 10 years old are suitable for a retrofit. We advise that CHILLED fountains less than 5 years are suitable for a retrofit. Not sure how old your model is? We can find out for you. Email support@bottlefillingstations.com with your existing fountain’s serial #, which you can find at the bottom of your fountain.
Q: What is the best height to install an Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station?
A: In order to comply to ADA requirements, the spout should be no higher than 36 inches (915 mm) from the ground level.
Q: How long does it take to install an Elkay or Halsey Taylor retrofit?
A: It varies, but the typical Bottle Filling Station retrofit install takes 1-2 hours.
Return Policy
BottleFillingStations.com is an online supplier of high quality drinking fountains, filters, and parts. If there are any issues with your order, we will work with you to form a solution.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return your unused item, we refund you less a 25% restocking fee and original shipping fees (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bottlefillingstations.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Additionally, Bottle Filling Stations and Water Coolers cannot be shipped via FedEX, UPS, or Speedy, as this puts the system at risk for damage. These products must be shipped via freight.
